Registration
Multicom I.T Solutions Limited is registered in Ghana and has traded since 2011 from 817/6 North East Teshie, Century Road, Accra.
Tax
TIN C0003279065. Current tax clearance is provided with any submission that requires it.
Data protection
Registration with the Data Protection Commission is in progress. Our handling practice (what is collected, retained and deleted) is set out in the privacy notice.
Radio & spectrum
NCA type approval and frequency authorisation is in progress. Radio links are deployed under that framework.
Safety on site
Mast and tower work is carried out in full harness by trained technicians. Method statements are provided where a client requires them.
Subcontracting
Installation is performed by Multicom technicians. Where a package draws on MIOT MULTICOMIOT LIMITED, that is declared and remains our responsibility in full.
Conflicts & conduct
We do not offer inducements to secure work, and we decline engagements where a conflict cannot be disclosed and managed.
Client confidentiality
We do not publish client names, site addresses, drawings or contract values. References are given on request with the client’s written permission.
Documents on request
Certificate of incorporation, tax clearance, company profile and capability statement, and a signed declaration where a submission requires one.
